- Reservation data: name, phone number, email address, party size, date and time preferences, and special requests when you book a table.
- Enquiry data: name, email, phone and message content when you submit a contact or events form.
- Analytics data: anonymised usage data via Google Analytics (only with your consent). This includes pages visited, device type, and approximate location at city level.

We process reservation and enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest (fulfilling your booking request) and consent (analytics cookies).

Data retention
Reservation data is retained for 12 months after the booking date, then deleted. Enquiry data is retained for 6 months.
